摘要

Not for the first time while I have been Editor, it is my sad duty to report the death of our one of our beloved members, Eric Hollowday. Eric was a unique character, with limitless enthusiasm for his rotifers, and for our Club. He was also a living link to an earlier era in the Club, able to recall names and characters that are ‘historical’ to many of us. A full (and by that, I really do mean full!) obituary will be published in the next issue of this Journal.
