Shipments have been on an upwardtrend with April licenses and estimatesindicating more than 222,000 tons. Bothdomestic and import shipments rebounded topush YTD 2018 shipments 6% ahead of the2017 level. Domestic shipments have notbeen this high since October 2011 when aone-month surge in an otherwise ordinaryyear went over 130,000 tons.
