Caracas running out of debt options

Venezuela's government is running out of options to restructure debt that is approaching repayment. President Nicolas Maduro maintains that efforts to restructure the country's US dollar-denominated debt are under way with Russia, as well as with the Paris Club of major creditors, of which Moscow is part.
