What's the most interesting/exciting project you've worked on in the last year? What made it a success? Jo Godsmark (JG): There are two projects that stand out: firstly, the new strategy we developed at Transaid and secondly, work Labyrinth has carried out with a client on their recycling iogistics operation that has led to a dramatic increase in vehicle fill and operational resilience. Both projects involved significant time interviewing stakeholders to understand what was working well and not so well, and in both projects there was a strong team willing to debate choices and make changes.
