I heard the command "Change your attitude" a lot in my adolescence. Yes, I was that kind of teen. I was independent and, of course, I thought I knew more than most adults. What I didn't know was, thinking you're smarter than everyone else stunts your personal growth. I only saw the effects of my bad attitude when I started to embrace gratitude. The two go hand in hand. A positive attitude is essential in sales and in leadership, as in life, and gratitude is a big part of it.
