The MC-5000 computerized hospital billing and receipt processing system

The Medicom has been admired in the computerized hospital billing and receipt processing marketfor its original hardware and software architectures.However, with recent advances in MPU and OS technologies, it has become more advantageous touse general computer platforms.We thus decided to develop a new system based on a general UNIX work station.The new Medicom MC-5000 takes the latest computer technology and original GUI(Graphical UserInterface) based billing and receipt processing software and integrates them with a user-friendlyJapanese language input system.
