Although there is disagreement between the U.S. intelligence services and the White House regarding election hacking, there is little industry and government dispute that Russia, North Korea and China could hack U.S. infrastructure, including power plants, refineries and pipeline operators that have widespread, intricate interconnected industrial control systems that use sensors, monitors, pumps, motors, etc., to operate sophisticated systems, large and small.
