摘要

The dialectic approach of echology in the industrial environment (main component of sustainable development model) shows that the major preoccupation must be located not in the post-pollution area (where the secondary materials recycling is recommended), but in the prevention area of these processes. To put into operation such idea, it is required to: intensify the scientific efforts to support the theory and practics of pollutant emissions generation (including for recyclable secondary materials); clarify the methodologies of echologic efficiency evaluation EE_(ecol.) (echoefficiency) in order to apply the prevention measures, both technical and technological, for industrial pollution. The present work is dedicated to the second aspect, presented here above.
