UTILIZATION OF ALLOYED STEEL WASTES FOR MANUFACTURING OF POWDERS DESTINATED TO SPARE PARTS, REQUIRED BY C.S. SIDEX S.A. GALATZI

摘要

The paper presents the results of the researches aimed at obtaining metallic powders for special purposes by an original technology of reevaluating the wastes resulted from the technological flows in the SIDEX works.By the technology described, the wastes resulted from the processes of manufacturing parts, tools and rolled, forged, extruded or cast semifinished products are reevaluated. Thus, alloyed as well as unalloyed powders can be obtained from high purity metals, that can be used efficiently either in manufacturing small parts with an extremely complex geometry, whose manufacture by casting is not profitable either technically or economically, or in producing parts that, because of the very operation for which they are meant, must have a porons structure (filtres, bearings, porons battery plates etc.).
