Croatia seeks adviser for Ina share buy-back

Croatia’s government has asked 18 firms to bid for a chance to help with a planned buy-back of 49.1pc in domestic oil firm Ina from Hungary’s Mol. The contract will cover preparing the planned purchase from Mol and helping Zagreb with a possible subsequent resale of Ina shares — the state still has a 44.8pc stake in the firm. The firms must submit their bids by 15 January.
