JIGGING PROCESS INTENSIFICATION WITH A VIEW TO INCREASE FINE AND SMALL-SIZE GOLD RECOVERY FROM PLACER DEPOSITS SANDS

摘要

Results of comparison testing of jigging machines of various types are presented. Design and performance characteristics of the "Trud-12" jigging machine with movable sieve developed by the Scientific-and-Technical Center GOM and the "Trud" works are considered. It is noted, that this machine realizes natural (independent) jigging cycle for the first time. Information on the machine design improvement on the basis of the first prototypes testing is also supplied.
