JX Nippon reports that the Beryl field in Block SK10 offshore Sarawak has started commercial gas production. State-owned Petronas Carigali is JX Nippon's partner in the field, which the Japanese player said kicked off production in September. The Beryl gas field lies in the shallow zone in Block SK10.
