A year under the control of Rosneft has brought about changes in export patterns for products from Bashneft’s 480,000 b/d Ufa refining complex. Motor fuel exports have fallen, primarily because of lower diesel production. Rosneft has diverted Ufa fuel oil from Russia’s northwest ports to the Black Sea and shipments by river have resumed from the three Ufa refineries - 190,000 b/d Ufaneftekhim, 150,000 b/d Ufa and 140,000 b/d Novoil.
