Loadings of Caspian light sweet BTC Blend rose by more than 13pc in October to almost 650,000 b/d (2.7mn t). Exports outside Europe were little changed on the month at just over 100,000 b/d, in three cargoes. BTC Blend exports are scheduled 4pc lower than the 590,000 b/d November programme at 566,000 b/d next month. Loadings by Azeri state-owned Socar — the primary shipper of BTC Blend — are little changed on the month at 420,000 b/d. But scheduled loadings by BP — operator of Azerbaijan’s ofshore Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG) felds — are down by 15pc against the November plan at almost 70,000 b/d.
