Advances in Reptile Medicine

Although the keeping of reptiles as pets continues to grow in popularity, the number of peer-reviewed journal articles relating to the clinical practice of reptile medicine is still somewhat small compared to mammalian small animal medicine. Nonetheless, over the last year, several articles have been published with the potential to both expand our knowledge base regarding common ailments of pet reptiles and influence the day-to-day practice of reptile medicine.
