Investigation of the reflection pictures for dispersed laser emission from metal surfaces

Investigations of the inspection methods for the metal surfaces quality parameters using reflection pictures of laser emission are carried out. Reflection pictures are classified. The roughness parameters effect on the optical characteristics of surfaces is stated. Some approaches to high-speed methods of the roughness parameters determination including micro-regularities locating using laser equipment are considered.
