Friction losses in the multi-point ball bearing

摘要

Losses at the ball rolling motion on the arc-like profile raceway are calculated. It's stated that main losses component is determined by ball turning regarding to raceways. At their rated and experimental data comparison the good agreement is observed. Recommendations about losses reduction in multi-point bearing without its dynamic and static load rating decreasing are given. obtained results can be also used at the ball linear guides projecting.
