Image retrieval method using relevance feedback

We propose an image retrieval method using relevance feedback. In this method, it is possible to improve retrieval efficiency by changing retrieval spaces adaptively. In this retrieval space, when user evaluate that an image is similar to sketch, the position of images so as to approach the position of sketches and vice versa. We experimented an image retrieval using this proposed method. As a result, user retrieved more effectively using the retrieval space user learned than using initial retrieval space. These results show the efficiency of the proposed method.
