摘要

Real possibility of essential intensification of bacterial oxidation of gold-bearing sulfide concentrates in moderate-thermophile conditions, owing to usage of Sulfobacillus kind of bacteria, is shown. Pilot-industrial testings showed that moderate-thermophile Sulfobacillus kind of bacteria (which are characterized with very high level of oxidation activity) develop usually in pulp at 30 deg C in combination with T.ferrooxidans kind. Therefore it is necessary to create conditions that are favourable to both groups of sulfide-oxidizing bacteria, in order to use more effectively possibilities of microbe community in industrial requirement was realized in variable temperature conditions. Before puffing the bacterial leaching technologies with usage of sulfobacilla into practice, it is expedient to study more deeply the effect of solid pulp phase on bacterial cells.
