Calculation and experimental check of a system serviceability for wear resistance assessment of transport means parts

The calculations of parameters of the adjustment of the tribo-dylatometer are executed with regard to local contact deformations caused by encounters of elements of a construction of the apparatus. On the basis of the analysis of calculationresults the method of its adjustment to the concrete conditions of tests is offered. The experimental data confirming an opportunity of application of the apparatus for measurement of linear wear of conjugates with high accuracy are exposed.
