Perspectives of using of digital extremum counting interpolating system in the devices of precise measurement of linear and angular displacements

摘要

The comparative analysis of precision possibilities of competitive measuring systems of linear and angular displacements constructed according different schemes is presented. The scheme and the description of principle of action of the system having principally higher precision possibilities are given. It is shown the universality of this system.
