As previously reported, Vale S.A., Brazil and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. have ended up totally reviewing the long-term production plan at Moatize open-cut coal mine, a metallurgical coal mine in Mozambique after re-examining the marketable coal reserves at this coal mine from now onward. The reason why Vale will review the long-term production plan at Moatize coal mine is because not only has the coal production at this coal mine decreased since entering 2019, but the production ratio of metallurgical coal also has dropped to a remarkable extent.
