Economics of knowledge

摘要

It is suggested that in order to meet the twin objectives of growth with equity, everyone in the society in question must have access to knowledge and become a 'knowledge worker'. The importance and potential of this type of development in India isreviewed with particular reference to the agricultural sector and to rural development.
