FACT floated an import tender for 2x7,500 mt ammonia closing December 28. Delivery of the first lot is requested February 9-13 and February 24-28 for the second lot, both for Cochin. FACT said its Udyogamandal ammonia plant remains shut due to a lack of natural-gas feedstock. IFFCO and Deepak Fertilisers are reported in discussions with traders for delivery of cargoes outside contract commitments in February.
