UAN-32 barge prices remained stable this week at $125-130/st ($3.91-4.06/unit) FOB New Orleans. UAN prices at New Orleans have been supported by expectations of strong US inland demand on the back of improved corn prices coupled with anticipated positive corn acreage. UAN prices are also supported by high urea prices in comparison. The average New Orleans price for urea this week is $5.21/unit of nitrogen. This represents a $1.23/unit discount for UAN in comparison to urea.
