Offshore Design Engineering (ODE) has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Independent Oil and Gas (IOG) to undertake work on the Blythe Hub and Vulcan Satellites Hub development in the UK Southern North Sea. IOG said that ODE’s work would start with technical and operational support ahead of the Final Investment Decision (FID) for the field projects. The work scope also includes the provision of extensive technical and operational support to IOG in both the pre-FID and post-FID stages to deliver the project into production.
