Chrysaor wraps Spirit deal

Chrysaor has completed the acquisition of Spirit Energy’s entire stakes in the Armada, Maria and Seymour fields offshore the UK. In March this year, Chrysaor agreed a deal with Spirit to buy a 23.58% stake in the Armada area, consisting of the Drake, Fleming and Hawkins fields, and?stakes in Maria (64%) and Seymour (43%) fields.
