Gazprom Neft to Drill Third Kurdistan Well

Russia’s Gazprom Neft plans to start drilling another well in the Iraqi semiautonomous region of Kurdistan soon, furthering its goal to increase oil output in the region. Gazprom Neft Deputy CEO Vadim Yakovlev told journalists over the weekend that the company is set to start drilling a third well in the Sarqala oil field in Kurdistan this year.
