摘要

Heat transfer characteristics of two-Phase free-surface imPinging water jets have been studied intensively during couPles of decades. This study is initiated by industrial aPPlications in a new tyPe of accelerated cooling equiPment for Plate Mill. In Present study, the local heat transfer characteristics under arrays of free-surface imPinging water jets are exPerimentally measured with a multiPle heat flux gauge. ExPerimental measurements were made for seven different staggered geometric array configurations.
