Indorama to Acquire Tuntex in Thailand

Major chemicals producer the Indorama group,which is headquartered in Indonesia,has agreed to acquire 93% of the equity of Thai integrated polyester manufacturer Tuntex (Thailand) Plc,which is owned by the Tuntex group,based in Taiwan.
