Winsway Coking Coal to Divest Part of Shares in GCC

On June 30, Winsway Coking Coal Holdings Limited, China made clear its intention to divest a part of shares in Grande Cache Coal Corporation (GCC), a metallurgical coal producer in Canada. In light of the export market for metallurgical coal remaining in the long-term doldrums, the Company has decided to reduce its shareholding ratio in GCC to less than 50% from the existing 60% as part of development strategy previously drawn up.
