Canadian iron ore resource company Adriana Resources Inc. entered into a binding framework agreement with WISCO International Resources Development & Investment Limited of China's Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation (WISCO), Adriana announced on Jan 17. Both companies are establishing a joint venture company to cooperate on the development, construction and operation of the Lac Otelnuk iron ore project in the Northern Quebec.
