摘要

The authors evaluate a new DECT protocol with a virtual noncontrast image for the detection of uro-lithaisis. The protocol provides similar information to conventional CT urogram but with half the radiation. It appears reliable and sensitive for identifying stones 5 mm and larger but misses some smaller stones and underestimates stone size.
