US high density polyethylene export pricing softened this week with lower-priced resin was heard available from certain suppliers even as other sources talked the market tighter due to ongoing turnarounds. HDPE export grades were assessed $22/mt lower week on week. HDPE blowmolding was assessed at $1,135-$1,157/mt (51.50-52.50 cents/lb) FAS Houston, based on pricing from producers to traders.
