Asian PVC was under pressure this week due to the influx of deepsea cargoes. CFR China PVC fell $15/mt from the previous week to be assessed at a six-year low of $785/mt Wednesday. Asian producers have not yet revealed their fresh offers for December, but the arrival of deepsea cargoes, notably from the US, put the market under pressure. US PVC is also falling, which reduced US-origin offers to China for December.
