Northwest European acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene contract prices plateaued in the third week of March as the majority of settlements converged at an increase of Eur20-40/ mt ($26-52/mt) from February. Prices were unchanged at Eur2,010/mt FD NWE for general purposeatural grade product, Eur2,310/mt FD NWE for coloreds and Eur2,360/ mt FD NWE for high-heat/auto black material. Demand was described as flat, with little-to-no change to regional supplies. Spot transactions were few and far between.
