Spot export prices for blow molding and injection rose $16.5/mt on the week as the brief sell off a week ago was done spot supply tightened. Following deals at 63 cents/lb in railcars for injection and 64 cents/lb for blow molding, prices moved up and there were new offers at 65.5 cents/lb in railcars on the low end of the spectrum. Traders said there were offers at and over 66 cents/lb in railcars, but the higher offers were ignored because traders could not even find buyers for blow molding that was at 65.5 cents/lb.
