PBF is cutting crude, FCC and hydrocracker runs at its Toledo, Ohio, refinery due to poor gasoline economics in the Midwest, where inventories are the highest in 26 years, CEO Tom Nimbley said Thursday. Similarly, Delta Air Lines unit Monroe Energy cut crude runs at its Trainer, Pennsylvania, refinery by about 9% on Tuesday.
