Houston-Bringing online some of the drilled but uncompleted wells in the US would not necessarily swell crude supplies and cause oil prices, which are slowing inching up, to head south again, analysts say. Drilled wells that companies have chosen not to produce into a weak oil price environ- ment-popularly called DUCs, for drilled but uncompleted wells-are likely fewer in number than generally thought, three veteran oilfield analysts said at Mayer Brown’s 10th Annual Global Energy Conference Wednesday.
