Singapore—Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission, or Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, has demanded a 10-year prison sentence and a fine of Rupiah 250 million ($22,175) for Rudi Rubiandini—the ex-chief of Indonesia’s upstream regulatory body SKK Migas. The KPK arrested Rubiandini in August last year together with his personal golf trainer Deviardi, and Simon Tanjaya—the local executive of Singapore-based trading company Kernel Oil—for alleged bribery. Rubiandini’s trial in the anti-corruption court began in January.
