Washington-US refiners plan to take up the charge again on repealing the Renewable Fuel Standard when the new Congress convenes in January, with the head of American Fuel and Petrochemical Manufacturers calling it his trade group’s top legislative priority. “We’re going to keep pounding it,” AFPM President and CEO Charlie Drevna said in a briefing with reporters. “We’re not going to let it lie dormant, that’s for sure.”
