New York—Crude imports from Nigeria to the US Atlantic Coast fell to an all-time low of 34,000 b/d in January, down from 65,000 b/d, monthly US Energy Information Administration data showed Friday. Imports from Nigeria were last lower in March 2012 at 56,000 b/d. In total, crude imports on the US Atlantic Coast fell to 549,000 b/d in January from 668,000 b/d in December. This is the lowest USAC imports have been since the 508,000 b/d imported in November.
