Singapore-Taiwan's Formosa Plastics Group is not considering joining a Taiwanese consortium looking to invest in an integrated oil refinery and petrochemical complex in southeastern China's Fujian province, Taiwan's Central News Agency reported late September 5, quoting a company official. "Formosa Plastics will maintain its focus on its investment in Ningbo, Zhejiang province [in east China]," said Hong Fu-yuan, president of Formosa Chemicals and Fiber Corporation.
