Nigeria's MEND claims responsibility for bombing

Cape Town-Nigeria's most prominent militan group, the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta (MEND), November 23 claimed responsibility for an attack on a pipeline feeding the Warri and Kaduna oil refineries in the Niger Delta and warned of more attacks in the next few days. Kaduna was shut down after the attack, which severed the plant's crude supply (ON 11/23).
