Moscow-Russia's Gazprom is considering a 15-16 million mt/year capacity LNG plant to be built in the Far Eastern city of Vladivostok, Russia's Vedomosti daily reported October 1, citing unnamed sources in the company. The plant is likely to be built over 2016-2020, sources said. The board of directors discussed the plan at a meeting this week, two sources in the company told the daily. A company representative also told the daily that no decision had been made on the project or investment estimates. Gazprom was not available for comment.
