London-German upstream company Winter-shall has expanded its exploration activities in Qatar with the closing November 17 of a 25-year agreement for a 100% stake in an offshore gas and gas condensate block. The agreement for block 4N (Khuff) was signed in Doha with Qatar's oil minister Abdullah al-Attiyah on behalf of the national oil company Qatar Petroleum, Wintershall said in a statement.
