Sri Lanka to launch first upstream offer in September

Singapore—Sri Lanka is set to officially launch its maiden upstream licensing round this September with three road shows planned in London, Houston and Kuala Lumpur, the Ministry of Petroleum and Petroleum Resources Development said on its web site.
