Shell to join Nexus at Echuca Shoals find

Sydney-Nexus Energy has agreed to farm out a 13.6% stake in its wholly owned Echuca Shoals gas discovery in the Browse Basin off Western Australia to Shell, the junior company said October 26.Under the terms of a heads of agreement, Shell would earn the stake by paying Nexus 20 million on completion of the deal, expected by mid-December.
