Oil companies are boosting exploration and production spending in response to record oil prices,but an impact on supplies will not be felt right away,the International Energy Agency said July 13.E&P investment will rise by around 13% in 2005,up from an earlier forecast of 4% to 6%,the adviser to 26 industrialized countries said in a monthly report,citing surveys by Lehman Brothers and Citigroup.
