US independent Exco reveals plan for IPO

New York- Private Dallas upstream independent Exco Resources disclosed Oct 4 it plans to go public again with,a us500-mil stock offering early next year,in part to pay for the recent buyout of big shareholder Cerberus Capital and a us645-million purchase of oil and gas properties from Oklahoma utility parent ONEOK.
